Default 1 year anniversary.....
Well, here I am, 1 year after starting Atkins and CURVES for women. One year after my mother told me I couldn’t do it, that I never stick with anything, and that I shouldn’t waste my money.



Well, I have been up and down the last three months weight-wise, but I continue to lose inches, so I assume I am still on track, my body is adjusting somehow.



I have put together a website to show off my comparison to my family, and I thought I would post the link here too. I am proud of my 60 pounds gone this year. I am like the poster child for my CURVES, I have the largest weight loss of any member. Anyway, here is the link. And thanks for being my support group this last year. I couldn’t have done it without you!!

Congratulations! And now that you look back on it, did that year go fast? It's amazing when we start how slow it feels, but then all of a sudden a year is gone and voila, you are like a new person!

Thanks, I told my mom about it, and she said "did I say that, I'm sorry" and gave me a big hug, so I feel a little better now. Although, I did thank her for the push, because if I hadn't been so mad at her and wanting to prove her wrong, those first three months might have been the end for me. They were really hard.
