I'd stick to things that have been proven to work. Since most supplement companies are no longer manufacturing ECA stacks that would leave Green Tea. I'm not convinced Synephrine (Citrus aurantium) is worth the money right now (the most common ingredient in the ephedra free formulas), unless you're a fruit fly or a dog

Green tea, on the other hand has lots of research behind it all pointing to the positive. It raises metabolism, it fights free radicals, it fights cancer. If you can't drink 7-10 glasses a day you can always use the extract in pill form. Look for 60% polyphenols / catechins. Most extract are caffeine free (it's not the caffeine that raises metabolism) as well.

If you want to use tea proper, you need caffinated and you need 7-10 glasses. Also, don't add milk - this negates all the good stuff the tea does.

Just to give everyone an update - I'm on week 2 of taking H. So far I think the biggest difference it has made is my endurance at the gym - it makes me pretty hyper and I feel like I can run forever!!

Drawbacks have been this weird tension/tightness in my mouth (weird huh?) I don't drink coffee so it must be the caffine...

So I'm going to keep on it (6 tabs a day) for another 2 weeks and then give you an update.
