Default Losing too much weight?

I started on Neanderthin in August while looking for a way to move to another level of health and fitness. I was not overweight when I began Neanderthin. Now I have much more lean muscle and went down a waist size. Now however my 33 waist size jeans (trousers still ok) are about to slide off. In fact, someone could come up behind me and yank them down. What should I do?

If you'd like to put on a little weight, maybe try having some fruit every day, and higher carb veggies like carrots? Maybe some nuts too.

Buy new jeans, or make sure that only attractive members of your preferred sex do the pulling. My wife finds it quite fun and I've not complained yet.

I'm not so concerned with weight even though I could probably continue to lose more without any problems. For me, if you're eating well and aren't hungry, and don't have a self-image problem, I believe your body will find it's "correct" or "healthy" weight. If you want to not be so skinny, then start lifting weights. Males on a neader-type diet seem to be able to put on muscles easier or at least more quickly. Take that lean muscle and work it. Your body will love it. For more details, check out the exercise forum here. There are lots of great messages and great information out there.

Default yes they do slide off

I've got my pair of fat pants that I keep as a souvenir! My party trick is to put them on and hold my arms to the side and guess what! I always make sure I am wearing a clean and modest set of knickers when doing so.

I want to stay at my current weight for a few more months, just to stabilise. I have found that it's not just a question of kilos. Over time the fat seems to migrate around my body. When I first started, I lost a lot of weight and ended up with a pair of droopy love handles. Now, at the same weight, they have gone away (skin must have tightened or something). So it's a slow process.

If I lose a kilo or so, I just fit in an extra meal of bacon and eggs or a big pork chop or whatever for a week, does the trick

yeah, I still have the skin handles. Hopefully they'll tighten up as I'm not that old. (41 last month)

Losing too much weight? I don't see that as a problem as long as I'm eating healthy.

Thanks for the advice. I have already gone down a size from 34 to 33 and 33 is where I would like to stay. I think I'll just stick with Neander and see what happens. I already lift weights, do Pilates and have just now started running again. It is not like I am a string bean or anything. I just don't want to look like I was just released from the Dauchau concentation camp.

Yesterday I gave my self a day away from Neanderthin...what a mistake! I woke up this morning looking like I had been on an all night drunk: bags under my eyes, the skin all drawn and lined. Awful. I have never awoke to a face like that even when I had been drinking all night! I promptly fixed myself a breakfast of Aussie beef, raw spinich and avocado and felt and looked better for it right away.

I firmly believe that if you eat what your body has evolved to live on it will find its ideal weight. This has haapened in my own experience. When I found my ideal weight I never changed the composition of my diet but my weight stabilized.
