Well as a matter of fact .. I didnt stop working out.. just stopped posting every time haha .. I did take some time off for the holidays though.

Then did a Heavy workout on Tuedsday - Yesterday - 7 Miles on the Bike with pretty high intensity and 3 miles on the treadmill intervals

Got some new Brooks Supportive shoes. So I've been trying them out. yahhh

Then today did 2.75 miles on the treadmill with fast intervals some at 8 mph some at 7 and 7.5 - I'm liking the new shoes when the strides get long.

Then did 25 minutes on the bike with pretty high intensity ... about 6+ miles

So today I hit my goal ... 150 lbs lost .. but its not offical yet so I'm not blareing to the world just yet.

Hopefully soon!

Not stopping now though .. have to reevaluate the future goals now.

Did 3 miles on the Treadmill Again.

Did a 15 minute session on the bike.

Stopped to weigh in and check BF%

Weight was right where I expected it but BF% of 17.8% was pretty unexpected. Need to readjust my goals for that too i guess.

Then on Sunday - I played Ultimate Frisbee - Awesome Again.. and I felt like I was getting better at it... so thats good!

Today I'm debating going back to the gym because of soo much excersize this weekend, might need a day to recover.. haha

Back in the Gym on Monday - Even though the muscles werent feeling well.

Was too busy in the weight section so I got to do 3 sets on the bench press and 2 sets on the calf extension machine, then 1 heavy set on the fly machine. Wanted to do more but people kept stepping in. So I went running - Walked Half a Mile then Ran at 6mph for 1.5 miles then walked 1/4 mile then ran 1/4 mile then walked last .5 mile for 3 miles total.

All done for the day.

So I've been to the gym maybe 4 times since my last post - through the holidays I went a couple times. Then after I got home I went once then got Food Poisoning later that day. So today was my first day back after feeling normal enough to get back at it.

Ive had to fight the carb temptations the last few days... and failed a few times.. the first time in my whole journey amazingly enough. But thats ok I'll treat it as a Carb Up and get back focused.

So Today I went to the Vitamin Shoppe and got some new protein and vitamins then went to workout at a gym location I dont normally go to .. but it worked out well - My gym has been bombarded by the Resolution Masses and is jam packed after work. I dont know if this gym is bigger or there is less people but it was much more manegable.

I about 30-40 minutes of weights mainly upperbody

Bench Press
Curls
Assisted Chinups
Calf Extensions
Tricep Extensions
Flys
Upper Row
and a few others

Then did 2 miles on the Treadmill

Then 15 minutes on the Bike with pretty high intensity

Then 10 minutes on the Real Stair Climber with Intervals - 80 steps on the fast interval - 50 steps on the slower one.

Damn is that a workout!

Then went home and tried my new protein and some creatine i picked up over the holidays to try out.

Looks like you are doing good too!

Yeah I'm still going at it - with mixed results!

Thanks for thinking of me.
