in Toronto? Can I ask for it at the pharmacy or will I have to find a fish/pet store that might sell me some?

Is the Lugol's solution for thyroid? I've never heard of it, although it's probably on this forum somewhere.

i'm also curious about why you're using the lugols?

a friend of mine had a kid with low thyroid and when he started supplementing with seaweed caps, he had really good success (also high in iodine plus all the micronutrients that wouldnt necessarily be in a prepared formula)
