I'm not ready for 299 yet, so I'll settle for half way there.

I figure I'm looking at between 8 and 12 weeks to reach this one. Anyone willing to give odds?

Hit 335 on Sunday - then bounced up and am now at 336. But I'm still more than half way to the mini-goal. Maybe by Memorial Day!

Am finally tickling at 330 - was 330.5# this morning. I'm in the middle of a whoosh, so I might see some more weight loss by Memorial Day proper, but I think my whooshing is about over. I'm real close to the 50 pound (25% to goal) mark.

Well, set a new low this morning - 328#. One more pound to go until I get to 50# total and three until I reach this mini-goal.

It's been nearly 13 weeks since I hit 350, so my weight loss has slowed considerably. But it is still trending downdard overall so I am not unhappy. If I am good this next week I could possibly see 325# by the end of 15 weeks.

I've got a long way to go before you are in danger of me catching you. Looks like you are about to leave the 300's real soon now. Here's a little push for ya: ---->---->---->

I've only got one pound to go until this minigoal. If I'm REAL good the next couple of days.....maybe.

Then it will be on to the 299 club.

Just ONE pound to go. Just ONE! Just ONE MORE pound.

Actually, I hit 325 this morning but it was after I had done my official weigh in so it doesn't count.

I don't know if I will make it to 325 before drifting up for a while or not - I'm at the point in the pattern where I could go either way. We'll just have to wait and see.

STILL just ONE more pound.

I've been rock solid at 326 for three days now. That seems to be indicative of the most common pattern - lose a bunch then get nailed at one weight for a week (give or take) then start fluctuating up and back for several days then whoosh. So it may be a while before I get to claim this goal.

BTW: I'm smiling as I write this. Not stressing at all over it. I'm quite happy with the last few weeks.

Default MADE IT !!!!!

Hit the 325 mark today, so even though I will probably bounce back above it in the next few days I am going ahead and officially starting the decent to 299.

I estimated that it would take 8 to 12 weeks to reach this goal and it took 12.5. So that's reasonably close. I wish it had been 8.5 but I'll take what I can get.

Now I'm pushing for 325 again after falling off the wagon for many weeks. But I'm making good progress. I'm basically at 330 this morning so only five pounds to go.

Default Made it!!!! (okay - made it AGAIN!)

Made it back down to 325 this morning. So now I can get back to the main business at hand - pushing on toward 299.

Cheers!
