Goals for July 19 through October 16

1) Avoid all snacking between meals & after dinner
2) < 35 net carbs everyday, but aim for < 20 net carbs
3) Four 3 meal "Feast" days per week. Low Carb/unrestricted Calories
4) Three 18 to 36 hour IFs per week.

Met goals 1 & 2: 55 days
Off Target: 5 days
Met Weekly IF goal: 9 (week 9 of 13)

Thursday: . IF #3 for the week is underway today.

Fun vacation! I also kind of forgot about this BB board which I think it's probably a great thing in the long run. I'll finish up this practice period (which I have not been on track with since the first few weeks) and start a new Oct1 thru the new year.

Thanks Froka, it was fun. I've been trying to perfect the boiled egg again with my cooking setup and am very close! I only had 6 eggs yesterday so almost like an egg fast or whatever. I'll see if I can get back on track and with what I proposed for this periods practice for the rest of the month - which is like a few days ha!
