Had a really fab time at the get together, although shame that I didnt really get a chance to say hello to everyone and put a face to user names!

Another great event - soon we'll need a bigger restaurant just to fit us all in - skinny though we are all getting! Thanks Anne for organising us so gracefully. It was wonderful to meet you all - just sorry that waiting for the food meant we could not mingle as much as we might and get round the big group. Specially glad that Twigs made it this time with her lovely Matt. Lily's boys are handsome lads as well with those gorgeous brown eyes. Very nice photo Twigs got of Lily and Antony.

As last time, I found it very encouraging to talk to everyone about this woe. Inspiring to listen to gym and exercise talk between Demi, Gez and Emily - lots of targets reached and gain through pain. Perhaps one day I'll follow their example.

Just wanted to say that I had a great time on Saturday meeting everyone , really enjoyed it. However, I had a terrible experience with the sugar free sweets I bought from the sweet factory, I honestly thought I was dying on Saturday night - very long story which I will add to my journal when I get a chance, but suffice to say it was an important lesson learnt !!!

Cant wait for the next meet, hope to see you all again!

Overall the day was really motivational - Anne you look fantastic !
