peanut butter noodles
Last night I mixed 2 tbs peanut butter, 2 tbs water, 1 tb tamari soy sauce and some stevia after warming the mixture in the microwave about 20 secs to soften the pb. Then I added a package of drained tofu shirataki noodles, stirred and microwaved for another 90 seconds. It hit the spot as a nighttime snack. I like things saltier than most people do*, others may care to reduce the tamari.
*I actually discovered last summer that I'm prone to minor sodium defiency.
