Default How do you make a fat burning morning keto coffee?

What ingredients do you add, and why? Thank you

I drink it black. More times than not I'm still in a fasting mode during my cup(s).

I'd don't think it's fat burning but it would be called keto coffee:

butter
coconut oil
salt
artificial sweetener if you must (almost guarantees it will be too good delicious and you'll over consume - thus fat ADDing rather than BURNing)

whipped up with hand blender. I think the little bit of protein or somthing in the butter grabs onto the coconut oil and helps with better emulsification.

Don't drink it to lose weight, it's suggested to EAT your calories by some. I'm with s93 these days - black, no sweetener and watered down. Just something hot.

It's not a bad thing tho, kind of like a morning fat bomb, but you're body has already prepped you for that ramping up morning glucose production and cortisol to get up and get going, i think

If you tolerate heavy cream, that's my go to.

Your weight is in pounds, right? I sneaked a peek at your posting history, because whether you're doing keto to lose weight or for some other benefit--like maybe you just feel better, more energetic on keto or something, sort of matters for the question you're asking.

I originally ate low carb for weight loss, but ended up eating higher fat, ketogenic because it seems to help with my bipolar. So when my weight is closer to the lower end of my range, I sometimes will use fatty coffee to keep my calories up.
