Ive been doing Atkins Induction Diet for one and a half weeks and am considering incorporating an LC BFL method in my life but would like a work out partner. If anyone else in the UK is considering doing BFL then please let me know.
I am also thinking about starting BFL - next week in fact!
I have questions about equipment.
What are you using - at home or at a gym?
What weight are you supposed to start at with the dumbells?
( I feel a bit of a dumbell actually)
