Default CKD -> TKD

Hi,
I'm new to this forum - i hope you bear with me - I just have a question.
Would you recommend transitting from a CKD to a TKD? example: Lets say after completing the 12week CKD, I switch to a TKD for the purpose of further lowering BF%. Or would a break in between the two be preferrable? If you could suggest a better way - how do I go about this? Thanks in Advance

Just my 2 cents:

If you've been on the CKD for 12 weeks, you may want to toy with the idea of just taking a break from the diet entirely. Ultimately, your body is going to wise up and adapt to just about anything.

If you boost your calories, and take in alot of carbs, you'll throw your metabolism off balance a little, and when you start again - CKD or TKD - you should see better results than you otherwise would have.

As for choosing between a CKD and TKD, you may even want to try a hybrid. I was using the CKD, but now I do a carb-up only once every 3 weeks instead. Great way to cut up.
