Talking Quick Question :)

I was just wondering what you all thought...

Should i eat even when i'm not hungry? Sometimes, i'm just still full when it comes time for my next meal. I hate the thought of making myself eat anyway ( i guess it's the years of dieting and the code 'eat when you're hungry, stop when you're full'.) Anyway, sometimes when i make myself eat, i'm hungrier AFTER eating then i was before. Is that wierd?

Alex, the advice I got when I posed this questions was "yes". But with a few qualifiers. If you find you're not hungry when meal 4 or 5 rolls around (or 6.. etc etc) then scale down the size of your other meals. If you're eating 400 calories a meal go down to 350 and see if that helps. Not being able to eat all the food required is a problem - at first. After a few weeks the opposite is usually the case. You're going to find yourself hungry and upping the size of your meals and/or decreasing the time between meals.

It is vital you get the 6 meals in - do what you have to to make it possible. Eat a little less per meal or increase the time between meals to 3 or 3 1/2 hours.
