Default Egg salad with a twist

Hi! I created an egg salad with a twist and thought I'd share with everyone.

6 hard boiled eggs, mashed
2 skinless, boneless chicken breast, cooked and diced
2 tbls mayo, or more if necessary
1/2 tsp cayanne pepper
1/4 tsp mustard powder
1/4 tsp horseradish
2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Mix it all together and there you go. Its filling and has a nice zing to it. The entire recipe is only 4 carbs with trace fiber.

Hope others enjoy!

there's a deli in Hallandale, FL that makes an egg salad with chopped eggs and chopped mushrooms.
it is positively to die for..
of course they sell it as a spread for bagels, but it was delicious with a spoon.
