I just discovered this site by accident! All the information out there is confusing me
Anyway all I want to know is how to start simply, I dont want to do Atkins or anything just basically low carb in conjuction with exercise.
I am not a breakfast person so grilling rashers and doing eggs first thing does not appeal to me - I would be more happy with yogurt and some nuts.
How many carbs are we allowed generally in a day and do you find getting low carb foods difficult in Ireland
I know Im asking a lot but I just want to start simply to simply lose some weight.
