Well, you never know you could be sensitive to it, like I'm sensitive to dairy that way.

I have finally decided that it wasn't the supplements making my blood sugar so lovely, it was the exercise. I stopped exercising for a couple weeks and boing, it popped up again.

Back to the rebounder!

I wish exercise had that kind of affect on my glucose. Not saying it doesn't help because it does but if I dont' take some kind of supplement then exercise usually only lowers my glucose around ten points. With a good supplement it will lower it twenty-thirty points.

and everyone else. I got my D-Care Sugar Blocker today in the mail and I just put my first tablet in my mouth the way the instructions said to. I'll see how long it takes for this one to constipate me. If it doesn't it will definitely be a keepr but I'm not holding my breath.

Drink a full glass of water 10 oz, or so... when you take the gymnema pill, just as you should drink a full glass of water with all supplements.....

If I drank a full glass of water with each pill, I would
probably qualify as a reservoir.

Ron
I think,in the course of my reading about Cajun lore,I came
across some claim about Breaux Bridge being the Crawfish
capitol of this universe.
Have fun at the festival.
Cheers/beers
Eddie

I gave the gymnema the good ol college try. couldn't take it anymore. Not really constipated but lets just say the input and the output didn't match up and oh mygosh the bloating.....TMI I know.....sorry. I was only taking two a day so it took a couple of weeks for me to see how it affected me. Also it didn't do a lot to lower my glucose but that could be because I didn't take the recommended amount. I've been off of it for three days now and digestion is MUCH better but now the DP is back.

Does anyone have any information or know of vitamin C raising glucose? I've been taking 1200 mgs of vit C along with quercetin for a couple of days and notice that my glucose is a bit higher. It's hard to say what is causing what when one takes so many different supplements. I also started EPO about the same time. It was recommended on Dr. Bernsteins forum along with Insulow. I know one person over there said that EPO raised his glucose. Has anyone here had any kind of experience with EPO?
