has anyone figured out how to input dreamfields pasta? If so please share!

Any products such as Dreamfields will need to be added as a "custom food."

I initially put it in as is on the label, but I didn't like looking at all those carbs and the higher calories, so I just put in the effective carbohydrates and either calculate what the calories would be or let the system tell me..
Let me check mine, and I'll tell you what I have entered.


Description: Spaghetti, Dreamfields Tools
Serving: X 1 Nutritional Detail

Basic Data

Energy 58 kcal
Energy 433 kj

Carbohydrate, by difference 5.00 g
Sugars, total 1.00 g
Fiber, total dietary 5.00 g
Protein 7.00 g
Total lipid (fat) 1.00 g
Cholesterol 0 mg

Additional Data

PECC 5.00 g
Minerals

Iron, Fe 10.00 mg

Sodium, Na 0 mg

Lipids

Cholesterol 0 mg

You could just put it in as is on the label and let the PECC guide you, but I'm kinda watching calories too and I didn't want to have to remember to take those off.
