Default Love my Ninja blender!

My new Keto/Carnivore lifestyle has been my greatest kitchen challenge yet. When I started with Atkins, I learned to cook. Now, I'm really putting those lessons into creative overdrive.

I pulled out my mid-ranged Ninja when a discussion on the board, on whey protein, appealed to me. Morning smoothies were the reason I got this in the first place. It's the kind with a cup the size of a tall glass, and you turn it upside down onto the motor, with one speed.

Now I've gotten back into smoothies. Easy to make, easy to clean up.

But this morning, I was fixing my salmon salad with bacon, and decided to skip the salsa for chopped dill pickle. The resultant "sauce" needed some draining but worked great

I don't have the "mad knife skilz" of DH, who can cook Chinese well. But I'm a techy, and this is a techy solution.
