I take them. They don't speed my weight loss at all that I've noticed, but I notice that I'm mentally more with-it when I take my supplements. That's enough to convince me it's worth the $$.

If you decide to take them, I've noticed that it's better for me to take them with food. Otherwise I get nasty fishy burps.

definitly take them with food! actually it's better to take them in the begining of a meal than the end. it's really what it says, essential oils and fats etc. they do help keep me regular.
