Default Zero Impact Diet

I have heard a lot of buzz lately about the Zero Impact Diet. A body building program. I have been trying to find out more information about it, such as maybe sample menu and what the principles of the ZI Diet are, however all I have found is that you need to order their kit for $150+ to get the information and DVD which tells you what you need to know. I think personally I am stuff on the principle that you need though high glycemic carbs post workout to stuff Glycogen into your muscles, so how does Zero Impact (or low card essentially) do that!

Anyone tried it? Or perhaps stumbled across some info other than what the company has put out?

I am almost at my goal where I want to start a serious program such as a combination of lower carb (more than now, which is Atkins) and BFL...BFL though I found in the past did not work for me nutritionally. Too strict with the low fat.

hmmm, hopefully I don't have to buy it to find out more. To me thats a crappy marketing campaign...

Here is the website: http://zidiet.com/

Well I did a little more research on this ZI Diet and it seems to focus on low clycemic carbs and low fat and tons of supplements. Uh, yeah....No thanks.
