Thumbs up Good for you!!!

Great job Kellie! Patience pays off every time.

It took me four months to lose 20 pounds and I've been holding at that weight for well over a month now. After all the wonderful summer fruit is gone and I am past all the various trips I am taking this year, I will see about those other 10 pounds, but even maintaining weight takes patience. I gained 4 pounds back after beginning to work out, then lost them very slowly as I adjusted. Then I gained those same danged 4 pounds back when I went to a family reunion in MI two weeks ago. Lost two, then gained them back at a 4th of July party last Friday, lost them again as of today and am hoping I'll be back at my 20 pound loss mark or maybe even lower before I head to Hawaii for my honeymoon... where I fully expect I will gain those stinkers right back again! But each time I cheat or overeat I just get back on the wagon and slowly but surely it comes back off. Sure, I'd love to be 112 pounds RIGHT NOW, but this IS working and it works every time I stick to the plan, so I am in this boat for life!

Hey, welcome to "20 something!"
