Talking Prune Juice

Well i have slowly been loosing this second time around on LC...i have been doing exactly the same thing as i did two years ago and the weight came off soooo much faster back then. But i have been on a stall for a few weeks and someone mentioned try drinking 8 oz of prune juice once or twice a day i was reluctant though because i looked on the back of the juice bottle and WOW it had ALOT of carbs but i figured what the heck and did it yesterday and i got on the scale this morning and i lost 2 pounds! I was soooooo happy you wouldnt believe because i was getting so discouraged and hopefully this little trick will jumpstart a weight loss again if i stall. Has anyone else tried this?

I personally haven't heard of anyone else doing this, but glad it worked out positively since it's such a risky move on a low carb plan. Congrats on the loss!

Wow, that is scary! How many carbs was it, if you don't mind me asking. It must work with the principle of eating carb to jumpstart you up again? Not sure.

I am sure that any old laxative would have done the same thing.
