Yup - that's what happened to me - stalled out for a very long time. Later realized that I'd transitioned into maintenance without realizing it.
I'm feeling better about all that now though, because I was under a lot of stress at the time, and although there were times when I'd 'cheat' and gain a pound or three, for the most part - I basically maintained for months and months and months.
So my 'list' is stall-inducing, or rather - helping one maintain. I never really did gain weight from those foods. This will help me a lot when I finally do get to goal weight, because I did this all backwards - learned how to maintain before getting to goal...
