Iwould like to try, I have a feeling it will be a "lower" carb diet. I shopped and bought soy milk 3 carbs 1 fiber, vegan boca burgers, 4 carb 2 fiber, Super firm tofu 2 carbs 1 fiber. I'm gonna give it a shot, I've tried before but always eat too much sugar, I would love to trade recipes, and snack ideas anyone game?
Breakfast smoothee:
Soy milk, blueberries, raw spinach, chopped walnuts, 1 tbsp ground flax seed, last night's cooked non starch veg, more low glycemic fruits if you want.
After work snack:
steamed Bok Choy, Mrs Dash, fruit flavoured vinegar.
