Plan: My own
Stats: 100/100/100 Male approx 5 ft 4 inches
BF:
Progress:
Arrow Sweet-cinnamon nuts FAST

These go very well with coffee, and together they compliment many breakfasts.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup nuts (all varieties work, but peanuts are not that great for this)
cinnamon
sugar substitute of choice
a thin slice of butter, enough to spread onto all the nuts
Some chopped bits of apple (optional)

1. If your nuts are salted, rinse them off
2. Melt the butter in a pan on medium heat.
3. Add your nuts
4. Roll them around in the butter, then continue to fry them for half a minute or so, stirring occasionally
5. Throw in them apple bits!
6. Sprinkle with a light, even layer of your sweetener*
7. Sprinkle with cinnamon*
8.Mix everything around a bit, then serve.

*how much you use really depends on you tastes

This is my variation on this which I orginally got from a George Stella food network show a few years ago:

2 cups pecans
2 T. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 T. brown sugar splenda

Mix and fry over med heat for about 5 minutes. Drain on paper towel and it will then have some crispy pieces.
