Default I'm an Adrenaline Junkie

As you may be able to tell from my nick....

New to this list,

My question is, and bear in mind I have read TSB but not TSBII, is it possible that I have damaged my adrenal gland with years of unmitigated risk taking and high adrenaline pursuits like jumping out of and off things, alot?

Have plateaued at about 130 - pretty damn good with my diet, prolly a bit too much dairy but mostly sheepy yogurt! Lots of exercise - prolly too much - between 45-80 min of cardio per day....but it keeps me pumped and happy. Is this why I can't seem to lose my last 10 lbs? Or am I just mad?

Cheers for any replies!

It's totally possible your body is holding on to that fat for dear life, because it's in an anti-starvation mode because of your hi adrenaline levels. If you destress and cut back on cardio exercise to let your body relax, it won't feel threatened and use up the fat it's holding on to. I've only been on SBII for a week. Stopped exercising and am working on destressing and getting regular sleep. My thigh size dropped 1/2" without any exercise!! Read TSPII and it explains everything. It might be what you're looking for.

ROFL - That's great.

I've never been an adrenalin junkie. I have to push myself to exercise. It seems that carbs tend to stick around the waist. You may need to reduce carbs and up your protein a bit. It wouldn't hurt to destress a bit too so you don't burn out your adrenal glands.
