I mostly eat potatoes, some fruit like berries, rice, and some corn tortillas on occasion. No gluten grains, and ZERO beans.
The hardest part for me is not going over on the protein. I eat tonnes of cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, coconut butter and coconut milk. Fry everything in lard, use egg yolks, and the fatty-est meat i can find.
Ive never been big on salad, or veggies in general.
Im also down another 1/2 pound today and i ate so much yesterday. This diet is jus awesome.
