I lifted today....Increased my weights on some of my exercises...its was tough but felt good. I'm getting better on the push ups, on the bar...when I started I got dizzy when I completed like 3...now I can almost get through my full set of 15, 3 times....Almost!! Scale is on the up right now..but I feel it movin down soon.

Default I have not posted here but...

I have not stopped working out...just gets silly posting when I do the same thing pretty much every week...except adding weight to my sets. Anyway...I have made a change I'm going to be adding intervals to my cardio, 4 minumum 2 weeks....so here is the plan which was implemented yesterday and already complete for today.

Intervals = min 20 min cardio workout to a max of 45 min.

During the decided time you alternate between an moderatly elevated heart rate and a HIGH heart rate.

5 min warm up

2 min HIGH Rate
3 min Moderate
2 min High
3 min Moderate
(I think they get the picture)
Untill you get to 20, 30, or 45 min......

I did 30 min yesterday, then 30 min of strait moderate for total 1 hour.
Today I just did a 30 min Interval. It sucks but in a good way!

Tommorow is a lift day!

Default The intervals/circuits work!!!

Lost 3 lbs last week totally due to the working out changes I made...Keeping up the pace this week, Boot camp style cardio/lifting class I took on Saturday taught me alot of new moves, I was really sore but did it again yesterday and it was easier....I really wanna be "athletic" that motivates me to be the one that can run and lift and play some sports...I dunno, never really knew that about me before.
