Enjoyed chatting yesterday and THANKS for the mock danish recipe....had it for breaky this morning Yummo! It serves two purposes, quick, easy to prepare and solves that sweet tooth craving - okay that was more than two - but I love it....added a touch of cinnamon and it was delicious. I have filed that one away in my book...it will make a great..."I'm bored and need a treat" snack too. Thanks again!
I'm cutting some carbs for the next few days as I seem to have a really sensitive system. So, I'll have to forgo the danish for a few days (or maybe the strawberries I put on to). I seem to only lose at 20 grams, no more. sigh.
Hi - it was nice to "meet" you yesterday. I was bad last night and had mashed spuds, DH's b-day. My kitchen is being reno'd so it's hard for me to be focused. By the weekend it'll be back to normal and I can start fresh.
