Smile Myths, Distortions and Lies about Beef.

I decided to make a web page because of all the myths, distortions and lies about eating beef and saturated fat in order to disseminate the truth. Dr. Atkins is one of the few low-carbers that doesn't make some negative statements about meat and saturated fats.

The "nutritionally correct" majority considers beef and saturated fats almost as a poison. This causes everyone to wonder what is really true. Hopefully, this page will provide the information many of you would like to read.

Default Beef - it's a good thing

Thanks for your excellent web page on the truth about beef. As a beef producer, I'm always happy when someone can get the facts out.

Thanks everyone for your support.

Someone in this forum posted another link containing positive information about beef and I failed to save it as a favorite place. I have been unable to find it again by searching the forum or the internet. If this sounds familiar to you, please post the link again.
