I will not smoke...today

Looks like I have run out of both booze AND cigarettes, and so I am going to take the mighty big step of abstaining from both....today.

I've quit smoking so many times in the past, I simply can't commit to more than today.

good luck! i'm 5 weeks smoke free, and i feel great but i still want a smoke (luckily i found other things to spend my money on, so none left for smokes LOL). you can do this
