Sweet Treat

My new snack in addition to sugar free jello is pop ice. There sugar free freeze pops. They're real easy to find at k-mart or the big K.

they cost a little under $3.00. The best part is 3 pops count as 1 carb and for those of you counting calories as well they're only 5 calories per pop. Also they're made with splenda.
