This is a challenge to lose 5 pounds at a time, hence the name "5 Pounds Challenge."

You use the start-weight from the day when you join this challenge
You always start at 5.0 lbs to go
Update your weight as often as you like
Move yourself up in the ranks accordingly.
When someone loses 5lbs we will start a new thread and begin again.
