Default Low Carb and TOM?

Does going low carb cause people to miss TOM occasionally? With the exception of a few months ago, I can't remember the last time I missed it. Now, it looks like I'll be missing it again.

Thanks,
indieFan

I have a severe case of PCOS and it actually makes my TOM more regular than when I am not eating LC.

Lots of women have gotten pregnant with PCOS just by going LC, you may want to get a pregnancy test if that's a possibility.

I did one when I missed it a few months ago. I was hoping not to take another. I think I'll wait until next month. Protection was used, so the odds are very slim.

I wouldn't even care if my OB/GYN hadn't said to start taking the BC on the 5th day of the next one. Can't start taking it if I don't know when day 5 is.

I have to agree. My periods get more regular when I eat LC. I think it's because low carb eases up on insulin resistance which goes hand in hand with PCOS.
