Default Almost to goal and anniversary

Mid september was my two year LC anniversary. Happy anniversary to me
Yesterday I weighed in at 136 so that's 95 pounds down. (Don't get overly confused by my stats. 235 was my highest but I was 231 when I started LCing and that's the number I go by when people ask me how much I've lost.)
Also I'm now in the "normal" BMI range.

Happy Anniversary
and Many Congratulations on an amazing two years of steady weight loss.

ps: Love the list of Low Carb books you have read...it could have been shortened to every single one But understanding the science behind how LC works and is healthy is a big key to your success.

Yeah...I'm totally nuts and go through periods of insane amounts of reading. I'm reading Trick and Treat (Barry Groves) and Fat Chance (Robert Lustig) right now. I keep track on my list here so I remember what I read and when I read it.

I'm not at goal yet (and even when I get there I know that's not where I'm going to stop).
Actually, I don't feel different. Yeah, it's nice to see a lower number on the scale and not look horrid in everything I try on but I'm still the same person I was 10 pounds ago (and 20 pounds ago etc...). It's nice to not be self conscience about my body when I go out and it's nice that I can walk without my feet hurting. I'm more excited that I'm off medications I was on for over a decade.
