Bench 75x12, 80x18, 85x18 (I lost my mind)
Flyes 20x12 (really easy after that)
Shoulder press 10x12, 15x18, 20x18
forgot side raises
Pulldown 55x12, 60x10, 65x8, 70x18 (can go up more here)
Upright Row 80x12 (Can go up more)
Curls 30x12, 35x10, 40x8, 45x9, 40x9
Hammer Curls 20x12 (ready for more soon)
Close grip curls 30x10, 35x18, 40x18 (need to do these better)

20 minutes swimming

After dinner swim (20 or so minutes)

25 minutes swimming
30 minutes tonight

UBW:
Bench 65x12, 70x10, 75x8, 80x18
Flyes 20x12
Shoulder press 10x12, 15x18, 20x18
Side Raises: 2.5x12
Pulldown 60x12, 65x10, 70x8, 75x9, 70x9
Upright Row 80x12 (need to do more)
Curls 30x12, 35x10, 40x8, 45x9, 40x9
Hammer Curls 20x12 (ready for more soon)
Close grip curls 30x10, 35x18, 40x18 (need to do these better)

55 minute UBW:

Bench: 12x70, 10x75, 8x80, 6x85, 12x85 (Give another week, then add 5)
Flyes: 12x20 (easier after adding the bench weight)
Dumbbell press: 12x10, 22x15, 22x20 (ouch, this was really hard today)
Side raises (damn, forgot again!)
Pulldown: 70x12, 75x10, 80x8, 85x6, 80x12
Upright Row: 12x90
Close Grip pulldown: 12x30, 22x35, 22x40 (ready for a bump)
Tricep extension 12x20
Curls 12x30, 10x35, 8x40, 6x45, 12x40
Hammer Curls 12x20 (thought I was ready for a bump, but #11 and #12 got real hard)

25 minute swim
