Chest and Back - heavy on the chest - heavy on the dumbell movements..

Of note is that I did 3 sets of decline bench which is something I don't normally do. I think I'll be keeping that one for a while. I also finished off with some heavy bent over rows. Final sets were 100x4 on each arm.

Right elbow injury is still kinda 'there' but it wasn't a problem.

Once again, I skipped the cardio and went straight into lunch instead..

Bunch of squats - Bunch of leg press... I also did some alternating one-leg squats on the Smith Machine, however, I ended it after that as my legs were still pretty sore from Monday and it was my second day working them this week.

60 minutes stairmaster scheduled for first thing in the morning

40 minutes AM Stairmaster on an empty stomach with caffeine.

I opened the gym early today so that I could get my cardio in before work, and I would have done the full 60-minutes, however, I was running short on time.

Since I'm working 9-5 today I plan to intermittently work my calves and abs.

Best of luck with your programs - and cheers!

60 Minutes Staimaster, but no lifting today.

I've decided to give my elbow joints a break.

Currently, I'm able to lift intensely so long as I only do hammer and rope curls on biceps. I'm nursing two seperate elbow injuries. Little League elbow on the left and Tennis elbow on the right. - I think I'm finding that muscles get stronger - tendons and ligaments don't. And unfortunately, I seem to be at that point where I can push myself outside the safe zone.

I'm thinking leg workout tomorrow followed by cardio on Wed and Thursday and then light legs again on Friday.

Guess we'll have to wait and see..

Full leg day...

The only change today is that I skipped the straight leg deadlifts. In their place I worked on leg extensions and leg curls extra hard.

60 minutes Eliptical or Stairmaster on tap for tomorrow.

I'll know which one when the time comes.
