Hi and welcome to the beach!

If you've read the SB book, you should know that we don't count carbs on this plan. The short answer is yes, you can use whey protein shakes.

I put all the food lists and meal plan charts on the 1st page of my journal You are welcome to use them and I advise that you print them up and follow them as much as possible.

I hope you get on the scale soon, or take meaurements, so that you will have a base for comparison.

Good Luck! Feel free to join us on the SB Check In!!

Thanks

It's hard to switch gears after counting carbs for so long. I have read the book many times and have the lists, I just have to switch gears.
