Maybe a clue can be found if you put on a pair of skis and ski down your graph. There, halfway down the middle is a vertical face plant. What was going on there? Was that the holidays?

That was a voluntary experiment. I wanted to see if a week of cheating weight gain would be water weight, or actual fat. I got my answer. Gained 15 lbs, 7.5 of which was water weight shed in just a week of dieting. The rest took 2 weeks to go. I then made a thread here regarding cheating just so the results would be documented somewhere for the next person who wonders what cheating does.

Had no issue returning to induction.

Anyway, thanks for the responses. I think I will limit myself to one diet soda, one atkins bar, and a mere single slice of cheese per day.
