Am I on the right track?

I did the spit test and confirmed that I do have candida. I ordered "candida quick cleanse" and probiotics that should arrive today or tomorrow.

I have been washing my mouth out with peroxide and baking soda. Even though my tongue looks better, the saliva test was much worse than it has been before. Of course, I was bad yesterday and actually had junk food.
