Thumbs up newby to site & introduction

hello, I am new to this site and I am so happy to be here. I have been encouraged by alot of the information on here. My promblems really started about five years ago after being mis diagnosed by a doctor for ruematic fever. he insisted that I start strong penicillin shots he managed to shoot me up twice before i put my foot down and got a second opinion. To make a long story short I've also had two hip surgies and have been on strong doses of antibiotics for alot of things over the years. My promblems are bloating, gas, extreme anxiety, crawling skin with burning sensations, joint pain wel the list goes on. i've been to the doctor they have givin me diflucan. however dieoff symptoms are extreme. and i really wonder if doctors even know how to perscribe the correct dosage because i've had two different doctor give different directions on usage. Right now i have about 14 pills 200 milligrams but have know idea how and when to take (any suggestions)? I am a single mom of one son and I really want to get well so that i can be a better mom. I live on a very tight budget so anybody that can suggest some affordable supplements would be appreciated also, I just wondered if anyone else has any of the symptoms listed? one more question is has anyone tried the activated charcaol fo die off and does it work? well thats pretty much my story and thanks for listening.
