Default Tired, Tired, Tired, Timing of vitamins?

Okay!

I am really tired of being tired. It's been raining here, every day for the last couple of weeks, standing water everywhere. So, I'm guessing the mold count is high since we have high humidity also. I have lost 8 lbs but have no energy, even though I have been trying to work out almost every day (15 mins on bike, abs and weight training)
I am starting my 3rd week of atkins induction and have taken coconut oil for a week, first the soft gels and then the oil.

In the morning, I take 2 Candex before breakfast
Then I take my coconut oil in some decaf coffee.
Breakfast
About an hour or two later, I take my probiotic Flora Smart.
Lunch
More Coconut oil either in decaf coffee or diet greet tea
Another probiotic Flora Smart
Dinner
Multi-vitamin (Diet's), B-complex, potassium, I take these at night with a big meal, because they make me sick in the morning
Bedtime (2 hours after eating)-2 more Candex

What do you think? Should I change my timing on anything? Hope I feel better soon?
