I'm so glad this thread was started. I do not typically have high bg after exercise. However a couple of times recently I've had high BG after gardening. I was also just plain hot and I'd wondered if the heat also somehow affected it. I just couldn't believe it coming in on an empty stomach and hours of gardening and finding my BG was up!
