I went out to dinner last night. I had no bread, I did not eat the mash potatoes on my plate, I did have one pint of a brown ale and then two(2) chocolates when I got home. I also did my workout yesterday.
Feb 28 - 204.6 - 28 days and I dropped .8 lbs. Not quite what I would have liked, but better than giving weight loss back.
