Wow I don't feel too bad either, I ate out at Olive Garden this past Saturday with my whole family (my parents bought for 20 people), and I couldn't say no to all of the great food. My sisters, my hubby and my kids were all having these wonderful appetizers and scrumptious foods and I dove in. I was so hungry for carbs though, you know those wonderful garlic breadsticks! Well now I have gained four pounds in nine days and I am depressed! I not only bloated myself and my stomach is really gassy and distended but my whole body feels like heck! Does anyone know what I can take to get rid of this awful bloating and nausea, what is good for it? I don't want to eat any of the bad stuff anymore! I am feeling a little better in that I am not alone. Back to the diet once again!

Hi Lizzie: I fell off the wagon and have the same bloated gassy punch in the gut feeling. I drank hot peppermint tea and it seems the heat of the tea and the peppermint got most of the gas out. The other is club soda. I don't know why drinking carbonated drinks with bubbles work but it does.
