Just a tiny amount of fructose. She talks about it in her book, and she also uses ACE-K, etc.

notice the acesulfame K is the last ingredient, so I dont think somersweet is dangerous if used in moderation.

thanks for this thread I am thinking I will just continue to use the splenda I have been using it in the mornings for my cream of wheat, but I read online that its not good for you, but it tastes pretty much like sugar. I was thining about trying somersweet but I dont want to pay almost 20.00 for a can and then not like it due to the after taste one of the posts here talk about.
anyone else tryed somersweet?.
Love Lisa

I use Splenda as well. I am very very wary of artificial sweeteners even though almost all medical professionals will tell you they are safe. I just dont feel like something artificial can be all that good for you. I use splenda though mostly because I get weak and I need that sweet taste every once in a while. I worry about it though. If I weren't so heavy, I would be tempted to sneak some sugar from time to time just because I am scared of the artificial sweeteners. I won't let my kids eat them and I wouldn't eat them when I was pregnant.

I have family members that have been living off of nutrasweet for years. Sometimes, i wish that I were sure that they were safe.
