Default Power 90

This is for the original Power 90 workout. I did the P90x for two days and declared myself nowhere near the shape I need to complete it without injuring myself.

Any of you guys do this workout? I'm three workouts in on the 3/4 intensity. I lost my 1/2 so had to jump in there. Good God I was sore after a couple days!

I feel like I may have asked a similar question, where do you do the Power 90 workout, is it a video or ...?

I've been thinking of getting an x-box or wii for workouts.

I bought this DVD yeeears ago but you can Google it and there might be copies sold via Amazon or EBay. The site that it originates from is beachbody but it might be more expensive on there.

There's power 90 and P90X and there is a huge difference between the two as X is way more intensive.

LOL I still have my buns of steel VHS from the 80's! Love that Smiley guy! It is still a great workout.

Haven't tried P90X but it looks way too intense for me too.

Maybe we should all break out our old workouts and do them again! I've done four of power 90 this week and Tony Horton still makes me laugh after all these years. That Slim in 6 is a really great workout!
