Default Equal vs. Splenda

ok.. i forget... why can't I use Equal?? It just isn't proven to be as healthy for u??

Splenda has 1.6 carbs per tablespoon while equal has only .9
I'm thinking I'd rather use equal when I have that occassional cheescake snack attack...??

Basically Equal is made with aspartame and aspartame can stall weight loss. Aspartame (Equal and NutraSweet) are allowed, but Dr. Atkins writes that "we discourage the use of aspartame."
If you have DANDR, refer to page 128.

Aspartame is suspected to cause health problems. Just put in in google and see what you find:
