Default Newbie Squash-er question and a bonus question:)

I found my true calling

Like some, I can't get into going to the gym for various reasons (or excuses).
And when I do, it's a slow process but short lived (more excuses)

I look here at everyone who's working so hard for their goals that it has motivate me to do what I should have done before...INVESTIGATE!

I used to be a volleyball buff (even for 4'11 I was a great setter) and ever so active! So I looked carefully why I love sports and not the gym....SPORTS!
I'll be at the gym and not know it!

So here's the questions:

1) Stretching excersies?
2) What to eat before playing so I have enough energy?
3) How to compliment the aerobic excercise with maybe light weight training?
4) Is there such thing as too much aerobic excercise? (ie include some treadmill time with squash)

Bonus question: I inherited my fathers genes making me not only short but
I ended up with his muscular frame. Seeing I'm a woman, it would be impossible for me to become the Senetor of California but not impossible to put on unessasary weight.

I would like to work on my muscle tone (slowly) but I would like to avoid one thing...bulky calves
Even today, my calfs are pretty solid and big & I don't want to make them too big.
My friend who's a nutrionist and into body sculpting teasingly
commented how nice my calves were and that some guys would pay for the 'bulge'.

I know I have to make due with what I have so the question is:

1) Can I slim down or maintain my calf muscle shape by using light weight training? Is this impossible?

I can't wait to be 70 and have that body that can carry around 5 grandkids...on my back
