Default Workin' it.....at the gym!

I have been absolutely horrid about going to the gym this week. It's hard to get motivated when the wind chill is 25 below and you walk to the gym. By the time I get there I'm out of breath! No matter how cold it is this weekend, I'm going to kick my own ass and make myself go. No excuses!

Before this week, I was good at going to the gym 2-4 times a week. I do an hour on the elliptical machine, or half elliptical half bike. Don't know how to work the weights.

Hi, nice to see you have a journal set up. I noticed you made a comment about not knowing how to work the weights. There are a few web sites that have animation on how to use the equipment. Surf around and if that dont help, ask the people at the gym to give you a quick tour. IF you want drop me a line and I can find a few easy things to do and set up a mini plan for you.

It's been another bad gym week. I was good over the weekend, but have had events going on for the past three nights that have prevented me from going. I'm thinking I may have to start getting up and going at 6:30am instead of trying to do it after work. That'll take some big motivation.
